This notice summarizes how AV Product Studio handles personal data provided through the website. The text is prepared for the current operation: contact and project configurator forms, without a separate newsletter or user account.

Purpose and legal basis of processing
The purpose of processing is to respond to inquiries, assess project needs in advance, prepare project requests, and handle related communication. The legal basis is the voluntary consent of the data subject and, in the case of a project request, taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
Retention period
Project requests and related correspondence are retained for up to 12 months, unless a contract is concluded, a legal obligation requires longer retention, or retention is necessary to enforce a legitimate claim.
Data transfers and processors
A hosting provider and an email delivery provider may be used for the technical operation of the website. When forms are submitted, the system sends an email notification to AV Product Studio and may send an automatic confirmation to the email address provided.
AV Product Studio uses Resend as a data processor for email delivery. For email delivery, Resend may process, among other things, the recipient and sender email address, email subject, HTML and plain text email content, delivery status, and technical log data. This means that data submitted through the contact form or project configurator may be transmitted through Resend as email content.
The current implementation does not transmit form data to an external CRM or newsletter system. If such an integration is introduced, this notice will be updated.
Data subject rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing, or withdraw your consent. You can send your request to the email address above.
Complaints
For data protection complaints, you may first contact the data controller. In Hungary, the supervisory authority is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
